Wausau’s annual Labor Day parade, sponsored by the Marathon County Labor Council is set for Monday, September 3rd starting at 4:00pm. Organized labor is important; they’ve worked hard to make our community a better place to live and work. The Labor Day parade celebrates the achievements and reminds us that we still need the labor movement. The parade runs along the stretch of 3rd Avenue from West Wausau Ave down to the Labor Temple located at 318 S 3rd ave on the west side of town.
