The secret is not about escaping the sorrow of grief, but it’s about finding a way to accept life’s challenges. Participants will be challenged to understand more about their loss; engage in grief work; and build new identities. This group is designed for participants who are ready to move from grief to mourning and discuss their path to healing. Meets at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, May 22, 29, and June 5, 12. Class size is limited. Contact Nan Zastrow at 715-845-4159 to register. No Charge for the class or materials.
